How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, minus shipping and handling.

Are SLMD Skincare products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
